Each portrait is created by hand using a digital graphics tablet — not AI-generated and not drawn with traditional pencil. This gives us the flexibility to make edits and reprint your artwork if it’s ever lost or damaged.

How to Order

1. Choose Your Portrait Style – Select your size and whether you’d like it framed or unframed.

2. Upload Your Photo – Click “Upload Your Photo” to send an image from your phone, PC, or social-media account, or email it—along with your order number
to info@charltonprints.com.

3. Add Your Personalisation – Include the text for the top and bottom, and choose your font style.

4. Review & Checkout – Double-check your details, then complete your order.

5. Approve Your Proof – We’ll email you a proof to review before printing.

6. Delivery – Once approved, we print and ship within 5–7 working days.

Turnaround:

You’ll usually receive your proof within 5 working days of ordering.

Photo Tips:

Modern phone photos are usually fine. Just make sure faces are clear. Unsure? Message us your image — we’ll take a look for you.

Materials:

Printed on 220gsm acid-free Epson matte archival paper using ultra-chrome archival inks — museum quality that won’t fade.

Frames are solid wood (Black, Walnut, White, Natural) and fitted with shatterproof, crystal-clear styrene for safe delivery.
