How to Order

2. Upload Your Photo – Send a clear, high-quality photo that shows both faces well. Upload via the order page or email to info@charltonprints.com.

3. Add Your Personalisation – Include the text for the top and bottom, and choose your font style.

4. Review & Checkout – Double-check your details, then complete your order.

5. Approve Your Proof – We’ll email you a proof to review before printing.

6. Delivery – Once approved, we print and ship within 5–7 working days.

Turnaround:

You’ll usually receive your proof within 5 working days of ordering.

Photo Tips:

Modern phone photos are usually fine. Just make sure faces are clear. Unsure? Message us your image — we’ll take a look for you.

Materials:

Printed on 220gsm acid-free Epson matte archival paper using ultra-chrome archival inks — museum quality that won’t fade.

Frames are solid wood (Black, Walnut, White, Natural) and fitted with shatterproof, crystal-clear styrene for safe delivery.
